JAMIE REEKIE AKA "BUZZY", ASSOCIATE PUBLISHER
One of SBC Media’s longest standing employee’s, Jamie Reekie is also one of the busiest worker bees in our office. Whether it’s ruling the office NHL pool, fueling the daily water cooler chat or finding the newest Indian restaurant that’s moved into the neighbourhood, Born and raised in the hills of Collingwood, Ontario, he can be found ripping it up on a pair of skis or snowboard when not at work.

ADAM LEVITT, EDITOR
It’s a good thing growing a legit mustache isn’t a prerequisite being a good editor because this magazine would be in big trouble. This is his first year at the helm of SBC Resort Guide, but he’s been part of the SBC Media team for well over a decade. Based out of Whistler, BC, he has a passion for snowboarding, skiing and has been known to pick up a camera on occasion to shoot many of the talented athletes that live in the area.

ILISSA MAIATICO, ASSOCIATE EDITOR
Hailing from the greater Toronto area, Ilissa was raised by ski-bum parents. Naturally, she gravitated toward snowboarding. Starting out as an intern for SBC Wakeboard Magazine in 2007, she is now the Associate Editor for SBC Ski and Snowboard Resort Guide and SBC Women's Annual.

DAVE AMOS, ART DIRECTOR
After graduating from a four-year graphic design program, Dave honed his skills in a fast-paced editorial design setting at SBC Media, Canada’s largest action sports magazine publication group. In the past six years, David has moved into an art director position and is now art-directing four of SBC’s publications. Dave has 24 years snowboard experience and has rode for Sims on an international level.

JOHN SCARTH, PHOTO EDITOR
Born into a photo-oriented family in Ontario, John made the move west at 17 to live with his older brother in Whistler, B.C. It was there that he bagged powder days and became a highly skilled lensman. Fast-forward 14 winters of shooting snowboarding in the coastal mountains, and John’s photos are splashed onto magazine pages around the globe. As photo editor of Snowboard Canada, Women’s Annual and Resort Guide, John now lives in Squamish with his wife and son.
